Ahh The Giant pom pom hat. We have been knitting these hats for over 10 years . have they changed? yes a little, we have perfected the design and had to reduce the size of the pompom as they had gotten sooo big that they’d pull the hat back, a slightly smaller (manageable ) pompom has made for a much better wear and allowed us to offer this hat in our “wholesale to you “ offer. This hat is light weight and warm! the pompom ties on to allow it to be changed , replaced or washed.

RETURNS
Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition.Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.
