Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

These are so soft and comfortable. Love the placement and shape of the pockets. So flattering. I was expecting it to be more like Jean denim but this is just fab. My reason for dropping a star is the length. It’s just a tad short for me. Fine with boots when winter arrives. Maybe a choice of length would be an idea ?

The jeans are so comfortable to wear.
Super soft, super comfy. I'm size 14-16, 5'4. Fitted perfectly, nice 7/8 length on me. Only issue was the indigo denim wash was so intense it stained my hands blue on first wear. A lot of the dark wash faded after first 30degree wash. Still love them but warning to take care!

I was worried these would be too small as they are one size for all. Not at all - the jeans slide comfortably over my bottom and the elastic then perfectly adjusts to my waist. The jeans are super comfortable and stylish. Love them!
These are just 👌👌👌 soft, comfortable, stylish and even though I am short - 5' 2" - with a short waist to hip ratio I still think they look great!

Love these. Comfortable to wear and easy to dress up or down.
The fit is perfect, and love that I don't have to hem them. A kind of funny aside, in not the best of lighting I tried them on, and thought, well they fit, are kind of plain but I was sure there were pockets, turning slightly, I realized I had them on backwards...they are so cute on when worn the correct way. Thank you Clem for making such cute clothes.

My first purchase from this company. Delivery all ok and nicely packaged.
Tried on. Huge hole in right side pocket. Not as roomy as i had hoped (I’m a size 14). I am very disappointed in the quality of the item relative to the amount if money I paid and will be returning the trousers.
I adore these, and they seem really comfortable, but I must admit we’re in the middle of a heat wave so I haven’t actually had the chance to wear them!
And if you’re wondering whether a one-size fits all works, trust me, as a size 10 I think they look great on, and my mum tried them on as a size 16 and she looked fab on her too—very clever!
