Refund policy

THE CLOTHING COLLECTION

All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded. There is currently a 14 days return policy. At the moment I’m unable to cover the cost of returns but strongly recommend all items are returned via the Royal Mail tracked service, if you chose not to use this service I cannot be held accountable for any loses. I aim to issue your refund as soon as the items are returned to me it then may take a few days for your bank to recognise the refund.

All Parcels must include your Name and Order number so that I am able to process your refund.

HAND KNITWEAR

I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.
