What do we mean by Pre-order, This means you have the opportunity to buy the jumper you'd like from the next batch before it arrives, it guarantees that the jumper in the colour you'd like is yours fresh off the knitting machine.
How long to pre- orders take to arrive? luckily Clem lives very close to the factory that produces the jumpers, the day they're ready she collects them and drives them to the Team for wrapping and packing. This avoids and parcel delays between the factory and fulfilment. Generally a pre order batch can take between 7 - 10 days to be ready, a day or two for the Team to wrap and pack and then they're on their way to you. Postage on all pre- orders is upgraded to 24hr tracked to avoid further delay getting your jumper to you!

Perfect for transitional seasons, this jumper has you covered for those cooler summer evenings and early autumn days. With batwing arms this lightweight jumper is roomy and flattering and just a little quirky! It has full length sleeves that are cuffed to allow them to hold a ¾ style.
We love to pair this cross front jumper with our cropped barrel leg jeans or camo trousers.

RETURNS
Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

I’ve wanted to buy something from So Satsuma for ages. It was the colour that hit me. Really lovely to wear. Shame about all this sunshine we’re having, I only got to wear it once before it got hot. Very easy to wear, I wore it over a pinafore.
The item is made from nice quality yarn but on me (5ft7) the sleeves are definitely 3/4 length not full length. I’d happily buy again with a true long sleeve option. I had a quality issue with the 2nd colour ordered but it was resolved / refunded easily. I do really like the sweater but I’d prefer a longer sleeve option.

SoSatsuma just popped up on my explore feed one day and I I thought yes finally! A clothing range that which is exactly my cup of tea. Comfy, stylish, quirky and cute. I don’t think there’s one piece that I wouldn’t love to have in my wardrobe. I started with the mustard crossover jumper which has had so many compliments and I love the fact you can turn it around and have a the crossover at the back for a different look. I can’t wait for my next delivery - the cropped jeans are on their way! 🥰
Also forgot to mention that the gift voucher option is great, I have already told family and friends that if ever they are stuck for gift ideas for me that these are perfect as I know there will always be something I’d like.

This is a lovely jumper. Despite it being slightly shorter on me, I am 5ft 6 and have a longer body, it still works and looks amazing in the chocolate colour. I really love it and it feels great on - cozy and different.

I haven’t actually worn the jumper yet but I love it! I’m sure it is going to get worn a lot. The quality of other items I have from SoSatsuma have all been amazing so I have no reason to think this won’t live up to expectations.

I love the style of this jumper, it's my new favourite and can't wait for the weather to cool down to wear it. I always thought you had to be tall to wear this style, how wrong I was!!
It drapes beautifully, can be dressed up or down over smart trousers or jeans and the cuffs are an added bonus, it's really warm but not bulky so I can layer up or down if needed.
It'll be my jumper for travelling to and from the airport in November and for overnight flights.

I thought I was going to return this but decided to keep it goes well with jeans . Love the shape its not bulky and very comfortable to wear. Will do for all seasons
I was worried this would be way too big as I’m only a small size 10 and 5’2 but it’s a lovely and slouchy without me looking swamped. It’ll go great over the lovely linen dress I already bought but also dress down with jeans. It’s sitting in my wardrobe for now as the weather is so good I can’t get to wear it! I will be taking on holiday for cooler evenings. Ooh and it’s made in Manchester!
