What do we mean by Pre-order, This means you have the opportunity to buy the cross front jumper you'd like from the next batch before it arrives, it guarantees that the cross front jumper in the colour you'd like is yours fresh off the knitting machine.
How long to pre- orders take to arrive? luckily Clem lives very close to the factory that produces the cross front jumpers, the day they're ready she collects them and drives them to the Team for wrapping and packing. This avoids and parcel delays between the factory and fulfilment. Generally a pre order batch can take between 7 - 10 days to be ready, a day or two for the Team to wrap and pack and then they're on their way to you. Postage on all pre- orders is upgraded to 24hr tracked to avoid further delay getting your jumper to you!

Perfect for transitional seasons, this cross front jumper has you covered for those cooler summer evenings and early autumn days. With batwing arms this lightweight jumper is roomy and flattering and just a little quirky! It has full length sleeves that are cuffed to allow them to hold a ¾ style.
We love to pair this cross front jumper with our cropped barrel leg jeans or camo trousers.

RETURNS
Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

This is gorgeous. Very flattering and comfortable. I’ve bought a couple of different colours because it’s so adaptable. Great for work or home, going out or relaxing. I’ve had loads of compliments about this and the cropped jersey trousers which look amazing with it. Lovely quality and easy to care for.

I’ve wanted to buy something from So Satsuma for ages. It was the colour that hit me. Really lovely to wear. Shame about all this sunshine we’re having, I only got to wear it once before it got hot. Very easy to wear, I wore it over a pinafore.
The item is made from nice quality yarn but on me (5ft7) the sleeves are definitely 3/4 length not full length. I’d happily buy again with a true long sleeve option. I had a quality issue with the 2nd colour ordered but it was resolved / refunded easily. I do really like the sweater but I’d prefer a longer sleeve option.

SoSatsuma just popped up on my explore feed one day and I I thought yes finally! A clothing range that which is exactly my cup of tea. Comfy, stylish, quirky and cute. I don’t think there’s one piece that I wouldn’t love to have in my wardrobe. I started with the mustard crossover jumper which has had so many compliments and I love the fact you can turn it around and have a the crossover at the back for a different look. I can’t wait for my next delivery - the cropped jeans are on their way! 🥰
Also forgot to mention that the gift voucher option is great, I have already told family and friends that if ever they are stuck for gift ideas for me that these are perfect as I know there will always be something I’d like.

I love it but still a little unsure if it’s right for me. Time will tell. Lovely colour and feel. The sleeves are probably longer and looser than if anticipated, from previous batwing jumpers but I’m sure I’ll get used to them.

I just love these jumpers. There’s nothing like them on the high street. So feminine, so flattering, the neckline, the drape. The perfect transition piece and it washed really well too. That this is my second one says it all.

Great jumper - love the purple colour and it fit’s perfectly. Items came well packaged
So I hummed and hawed between the size 1 or 2, not whether I wanted it or not!
I ordered the size 2 and as a busty size16 I think the 1 wouldn’t have sat right.
The 2 is still loose enough for my liking without looking too big.
I like it with the cross over at the front and the back and the colour is true to photos, a very nice, neutral pale grey, not at all dull.
Now for a bright one, have my eye on the yellow!

A really lovely jumper. It is a gift for my daughter and the first one I purchased she loved so I bought a second. The only comment would be I thought it might be a softer wool but that does not detract from the product that I received. she loves it and that matters.
