What do we mean by Pre-order, This means you have the opportunity to buy the jumper you'd like from the next batch before it arrives, it guarantees that the jumper in the colour you'd like is yours fresh off the knitting machine.

How long to pre- orders take to arrive? luckily Clem lives very close to the factory that produces the jumpers, the day they're ready she collects them and drives them to the Team for wrapping and packing. This avoids and parcel delays between the factory and fulfilment. Generally a pre order batch can take between 7 - 10 days to be ready, a day or two for the Team to wrap and pack and then they're on their way to you. Postage on all pre- orders is upgraded to 24hr tracked to avoid further delay getting your jumper to you!
