Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

Tiny little mark on the top. But I only returned it with the trousers because they didn’t fit. This was a fantastic colour, and the fabric was amazingly soft and comfortable.there was a high and a low front, which I think was reversible. Figure hugging on me, but that’s fine. I really liked the chest area, double elastic and safe, without being too tight or firm.If the trousers had fit I wouldn’t have returned it. Clem was amazing and very commutative throughout

This is a great top. The shape and fit are so comfy and flattering. However, it arrived with 2 small tears on the back facing which I mended myself as they aren’t visible when wearing.
I’ve got 3 of these vests now - really good quality and they look fab under the crossover jumpers!
