What do we mean by Pre-order, This means you have the opportunity to buy the dress you'd like from the next batch before it arrives, it guarantees that the dress in the colour you'd like is yours before it sells out.
How long to pre- orders take to arrive? lGenerally a pre order batch can take between 7 - 14 days to be ready, a day or two for the Team to wrap and pack and then they're on their way to you. Postage on all pre- orders is upgraded to 24hr tracked to avoid further delay getting your dress to you!
** Please note- if you order multiple items along with a Pre-order item, all items will be shipped together when the Pre-order item is available.

RETURNS
Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition.Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.
