Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

I’m sad I have to admit I’m not entirely enthralled with how the dress looked as I unpacked it. The colour looked faded, it was so screwed up and creased the waist ties had been knotted round the waist multiple times it took me a long time to unknot it. I ironed the dress before trying on but there were still creases and the fabric is incredibly see through. Completely disappointed as I really admire this brand and this was my first actual purchase :(

My dress came the other day. I havent worn it yet, its for holidays.. The picture shows more of an orang colour which is what i wanted, however the dress is actually more of a rust colour.the belt only goes around my tummy once!! However i do love the style. This is my 4th purchase from you.

Bought this in red. Had lots of compliments the first time I wore it. I was worried it would swamp me but at 5’2 and a size 10 I love it. Did wear a slip for the lower half as I wasn’t sure if it might be a bit shear in the light. I’m loving wearing it with all this beautiful weather. I certainly would consider another colour.
