Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

Very comfortable trousers and right length for me , I’m 5.1 so short! The colour of the burgundy is not what it looked like in the web site which is slightly disappointing but I still like the colour, for anyone that’s interested, it’s not as bright? Also, it extremely fine cord material so very thin! Not really warm for the winter unless you wear tights/ long socks . Love the pockets and stretchy waistband. As a size 16, these are still quite baggy so I question what it would look like on a size 10?!❤️

The fine cord trousers fit me very well and I am very pleased with them. My size seems to fluctuate between 12/14 so the elasticated waist is super comfortable. During the milder weather I wore them often. When it gets colder I will add some leggings underneath for an extra layer of warmth. A good all rounder for 3 seasons!
I'm 5ft so these aren't cropped but they fit perfectly and very comfortable to wear.

Overpriced compared to what is available from competitors: fabric is very thin and the assembling of the fabric is not that complex.

Super soft, velvety feel trousers. So comfortable and versatile. I’m only 5’1 and these are an ok length on me, not cropped but sit at my ankles.

The trousers are really lovely and soft, a nice length too. They are very thin so not ideal for colder weather without tights underneath or something. I don't quite see how they would fit the size range suggested comfortably to be honest.
