Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

Absolutely wonderful! I am 5'4, roughly 200lbs, and typically wear an XL (L-XXL) in most pants. These trousers fit BEAUTIFULLY. They are gentle on my waist and gathered but still loose on my ankles. The tulip bulb balloon design is wonderful -- very fun shape and excellent draping, and kind to a range of bodies. I bought them in the copper color, which is still quite pink. I am about to purchase 2 more pairs! I simply cannot stop wearing them!

Oh my goodness, these arrived very quickly and I put them on straight away. I love them! They're cool and the material is light but not too thin, so they'll last. Really lovely deep navy blue. I can't recommend them enough, I think I'm going to be wearing them all the time!!
