Clothing: All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner, washing detergent will not be refunded.There is currently a 14 days return policy.
Handmade Knitwear: I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.

Love love love these trousers!!! So light and barrel leg (although less generously than others from Sosatsuma - but as a size 14 with a pair of hefty hips they're brilliant as long as i don't eat too many ice creams over the summer!!!!)

Love these trousers, great fit and length above ankle just what I was looking for.
I have 2 pairs of these. The pockets are very shallow, but they look great! Need ironing and leak like crazy so need hand washing, but dry very quickly. Overall, I love them and find them very comfortable!

Absolutely gorgeous, now have 3 colours waiting for the black to come back in stock. I’m 5ft 2 and they fit perfectly for my height. They are not too long and don’t drag on the floor which normal high street brands do - even if I’ve ordered short!

So fabulous with the matching top that I'm trying to buy more sets in different colours - but they're out of stock. However, once back in, I plan on buying lots more. They look a perfect match of sophisticated and casual; i honestly can't fault them. I'd love them in fleece for the autumn and a light wool for the winter, too!
